Important! ZOLL Respond will prompt users to enable location tracking and notifications during installation of the ZOLL Respond application. It is essential that all users accept and allow this in order for the application to function properly.

| When you first launch Respond, the Location permission will pop up. Select the "While using the app" option. |

| The next prompt is for allowing notifications. Select "Allow." |

| Update Location Settings: You will now be prompted to update the locations settings. | |
| Select "Update Settings." |

| In the "Location permission" screen, select the Allow all the time radio button. Then select the back arrow to return to Respond. | 
|
|
Never auto sleeping: Enable this option for the Respond application on your device. Without this setting enabled, the device may show disconnected when Respond goes to sleep. The following steps are an example of where to find this setting on your Android device. The exact location will vary depending on the device. |

| Select the "+" icon to add ZOLL Respond to the list |
